The sank an Iranian warship in , Defense Secy said Wednesday, as it intensified its bombardment with of security forces & other symbols of power. As the conflict spirals, said defenses intercepted a ballistic missile launched from Iran before it entered Turkey’s airspace.

I'm not the only person who questions the type of "freedom fighter" who aligns with the US at a time like this.

The US literally this week has blind sided pretty much all of it's world partners, you saw what we did in Afghanistan etc, why on earth would anyone think partnering with the US is a wise move?

BREAKING - There's video coming out of Turkey showing smoke rising over the American run Incirlik Air Base.

This marks I believe the furthest extent yet of Iranian missile / drone attacks targeting American military bases.

Well, it's the time of year my local Italian restaurant has a festive pizza back on the menu.

It's genuinely a wonderful thing. I anticipate I may need to have lunch out more than once this week. 😄

Christmas Camembert Pizza. A delicious and very festive lunch, focusing on a close-up, top-down shot of a seasonal pizza. The pizza itself is beautifully prepared, featuring a well-baked crust and a generous amount of rich, seasonal toppings. These toppings include tomato & mozzarella cheese base, pulled turkey, pancetta and cranberry sauce. The star of the show is a distinctive, round of baked Camembert cheese sitting prominently right in the center, with a golden-brown top which elevates the pizza to a decadent level. I am quite proud of this shot. It's a living turkey. Taken through a fence. There is something majestic and I love the details. I took this photo with a cheap Fujifilm digital camera from 2010. I like experimenting with older digital cameras. Only thing I regret is that the eye is completely black. Even though I took this during a sunny day the eye somehow ended up looking black without any reflections on it.

Meet the dazzling Ocellated Turkey (Meleagris ocellata). This bird is a flashier relative to the typical Wild Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo). It sports a lustrous coat of colorful feathers and a blue head dotted with vivid orange bumps. The word “ocellated” in its common name refers to the eye-like markings on this turkey’s tail, which are similar to those found on a peacock’s plumes.
